Abstract

Urologik operatsiyalardan keyingi bitish jarayoni murakkab biologik mexanizmlarga asoslanadi va bu jarayon turli mikroelementlarning yetarliligiga chambarchas bog‘liqdir. Ayniqsa, sink (Zn), mis (Cu) va magniy (Mg) kollagen sintezi, immun javobni kuchaytirish hamda antioksidant himoya tizimini qo‘llab-quvvatlash orqali regeneratsiya jarayonida muhim rol o‘ynaydi. Mazkur maqolada ushbu elementlarning operatsiyadan keyingi bitishga ta’siri, turli klinik va eksperimental tadqiqotlar asosida tahlil qilindi. Olingan ma’lumotlar, urologik amaliyotlarda mikroelementlarni monitoring qilish va ulardan qo‘shimcha terapiya sifatida foydalanish samaradorligini ko‘rsatmoqda.
