Abstract

Mazkur maqolada talabalarning kreativlik qobiliyatlarini rivojlantirish masalasi zamonaviy ta’lim jarayonining ustuvor yo‘nalishlaridan biri sifatida tahlil etilgan. Kreativlik tushunchasining psixologik va pedagogik mohiyati yoritilib, uning talaba shaxsining intellektual, kasbiy va ijtimoiy rivojlanishidagi ahamiyati asoslab berilgan. Tadqiqotda interfaol o‘qitish metodlari, innovatsion pedagogik texnologiyalar, loyiha va muammo asosida ta’lim, dizayn-o‘ylash yondashuvlarining kreativ fikrlashni shakllantirishdagi o‘rni ochib berilgan.

Shuningdek, AQSh, Finlyandiya, Janubiy Koreya, Estoniya va Buyuk Britaniya ta’lim tizimlarida kreativlikni rivojlantirish bo‘yicha ilg‘or xorijiy tajribalar tahlil qilinib, ularning O‘zbekiston oliy ta’lim tizimiga integratsiya qilish imkoniyatlari ko‘rsatib o‘tilgan. Maqolada talabalarning kreativ kompetensiyalarini rivojlantirishga qaratilgan pedagogik shart-sharoitlar, baholash mexanizmlari hamda ta’lim muhitini ijodiy yo‘naltirish masalalari yoritilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari talabalarning raqobatbardoshligini oshirish, innovatsion fikrlash salohiyatini rivojlantirish va zamonaviy mehnat bozori talablariga mos mutaxassislarni tayyorlashda amaliy ahamiyatga ega.
