Mazkur maqolada gender-inklyuziv kouching vositasida talabalar tashabbuslarini pedagogik qo‘llab-quvvatlash modelini takomillashtirish masalasi ilmiy-nazariy va amaliy jihatdan tadqiq etilgan. Tadqiqot jarayonida zamonaviy pedagogik yondashuvlar, gender tenglik va inklyuziv ta’lim konsepsiyalari hamda kouching texnologiyalarining pedagogik imkoniyatlari tahlil qilindi. Ilmiy adabiyotlar tahlili va empirik tadqiqot natijalari asosida talabalar tashabbuslarini rivojlantirishga yo‘naltirilgan pedagogik qo‘llab-quvvatlashning takomillashtirilgan modeli ishlab chiqildi. Tajriba-sinov ishlari natijalari gender-inklyuziv kouching yondashuvining talabalar tashabbuskorligi, ijtimoiy faolligi va o‘z-o‘zini rivojlantirish motivatsiyasini oshirishdagi samaradorligini tasdiqladi. Mazkur model oliy ta’lim muassasalarida inklyuziv pedagogik muhitni shakllantirish, gender tenglik tamoyillarini ta’lim jarayoniga integratsiya qilish hamda talabalar faolligini oshirishda muhim ilmiy-amaliy ahamiyatga ega.
