Abstract

Ushbu maqolada bo‘lajak o‘qituvchining pedagogik mahoratini shakllantirish va rivojlantirish masalalari tahlil qilingan. Pedagogik mahoratning mohiyati, tarkibiy qismlari, shuningdek, uni rivojlantirishga ta’sir etuvchi omillar yoritilgan. Maqolada zamonaviy pedagogik texnologiyalar, innovatsion yondashuvlar, raqamli ta’lim vositalaridan foydalanishning o‘qituvchi kasbiy kompetensiyasini oshirishdagi ahamiyati ochib berilgan. Shuningdek, oliy ta’lim muassasalarida bo‘lajak o‘qituvchilarni pedagogik faoliyatga tayyorlash jarayonida amaliyot, refleksiya, ijodiy muhit va mentorlik tizimining o‘rni ko‘rsatib o‘tilgan.
